Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests only for damaged, defective, incorrect products or manufacturing defects. Raise the request within 48 hours with Order ID, photos, unboxing video and issue description.

Return & Exchange Procedure

• Contact Laxha Clothing within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Do not remove or break the product seal, tag, or original packaging
• While handing over the product to the delivery partner, record a clear video of the sealed package and share it with Team Laxha.

All the above steps are mandatory. If any step is missed or not followed, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.
